89, of Janesville passed away at Rock Haven Nursing Home on Thursday, July 25, 2013. She was born on August 13, 1923 at Winfield, IA, the daughter of William Pfeiffer and Tabitha (Lambert) Pfeiffer. She married Gordon Pfeiffer on October 25, 1954. Beulah was employed for 8 years by Oaks Manufacturing in Elkhorn but above all else, she loved being a homemaker.
Beulah is survived by her husband of 59 years, Gordon, 1 daughter, Constance (Garey) Niles of Janesville, 2 sons, John David (Sharon) Cochrane of Whitewater, Gordon James (Mary Jo) Cochrane of Roanoke, IN, 6 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, 1 brother, Dale (Sue) Pfeiffer of Mesa, Arizona, 1 sister, Betty Gromer (George)of Janesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Garey Norton Niles Jr. as well as 3 sisters, Recail Fields (Joseph), Luetta Ames (Otto), Dorothy Ames (Edward) and 1 brother, Rollo Pfeiffer (Norma).
Funeral services will be held at Milton Lawns Memorial Park Chapel, 2200 Milton Avenue at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 30, 2013 with visitation there for the hour prior to the services. Rev. Lee Meissner will officiate. Entombment will be in Milton Lawns Mausoleum. The family is being assisted by Henke-Clarson Funeral Home.
